Mike has worked in the HVAC industry, and for REE Mechanical, for over 15 years. He started as a service technician and worked his way up to lead foreman for replacements and special projects. Today he leads the field service team as Training and Safety Director, with responsibilities that include quality control, onsite training, and job safety.

He enjoys the HVAC field for its mechanical challenges — every day is different and a test of his knowledge. Mike especially enjoys training new technicians and watching them grow into their craft, and there is nothing better than seeing a customer's face when REE gets their equipment running again. Outside work he is married to his wife of 36 years, Raquel, and they have three children — Michael, Andrew, and Serena.
