All makes of commercial HVAC equipment, one contractor
REE's technicians work on air conditioning and heating equipment of all types and brands, so a multi-site portfolio does not need a separate contractor for each manufacturer on its roofs.
A portfolio built up over years rarely runs one make. Stores open in different decades, landlords install what they chose, and a failed unit gets replaced with whatever fit the curb and the lead time that week. The result is a list of rooftop units, split systems, unit heaters and in-building equipment from several manufacturers, spread across several counties. REE self-performs that work in Southern California and Arizona with EPA certified technicians, under CSLB C20 licenses #940700 and #526944 and Arizona ROC #365042, and is licensed, bonded and insured.
What these brand pages cover and what they do not claim
Each page lists the product families the manufacturer itself publishes, cited to its own website, and explains how REE replaces and maintains that equipment. None of them claims dealer, partner or certification status with the manufacturer.
Brand names appear as text only, with no manufacturer logos or photos. The only brand photo on these pages is REE's own: a technician servicing a Trane rooftop unit. Product family names come from each manufacturer's public commercial pages, checked in October 2026; manufacturers change their lineups, so the survey for any job confirms what is on the roof. REE does not work on chillers of any make.
Other manufacturers on our replacement list
These five pages are not the whole list. Our HVAC installation and replacement page names the other manufacturers on our replacement list, including ductless and controls lines.
See HVAC installation and replacement for the full list and the systems we replace, and HVAC maintenance and inspections for how every make goes on one Standard 180 program. Brand choice for a replacement follows the site: curb fit, what the rest of the portfolio runs, and current lead times. Most of this work is for multi-site retail portfolios.
