Warehouse attendant to apprentice to lead technician to COO, with seven years in the field before building up the service department.
Gerry began his HVAC career at Wyotech in Long Beach, CA shortly after high school. One week after graduating he was hired by R.E.E. Mechanical. Across seven years in the field he worked through the ranks — warehouse attendant, apprentice, technician, and lead technician.
Ready for more responsibility, he moved to the office side of the business in 2015 as Assistant Service Manager, Dispatcher, and Estimator, and helped build the Service Department into what it is today. In 2020 he was promoted to Operations Manager and now leads office and field staff in daily operations. He lives in Temecula, CA with his wife Aszurae and their two children, Braxton and Emmarie.
