Joshua Cobb

Joshua M. Cobb, CPA, brings more than 25 years of accounting, financial leadership, and CFO experience to REE Mechanical. As Chief Financial Officer, he provides the strategic financial guidance that supports disciplined growth, operational clarity, and long-term stability.

Josh's relationship with REE spans nearly two decades through the CPA firm that previously served the company. Alongside Amy Cobb, he worked closely with REE's leadership team and developed a deep understanding of the business before he and his firm formally joined REE in 2024 to provide dedicated CFO leadership. He leads financial reporting, planning, and analysis so leadership has accurate, timely insight for confident decisions. Outside of work he enjoys time with his family, traveling, and life in the Pacific Northwest.
