Services
Commercial HVAC services for multi-site portfolios in CA and AZ
Four pillars, 25 service lines, one contractor. Emergency response, planned maintenance, capital replacement, and controls across 21 counties in Southern California and all of Arizona.
HVAC Repair & Emergency Service
Commercial rooftop and split-system breakdown response 24/7, with priority accounts on site within 4 hours once site documentation and roof access are in place (actual arrival varies with location and conditions), from technicians based across Southern California and Arizona.
HVAC Repair & Emergency Service overview- Unit Heater & Air Curtain Repair & Service Warehouse unit heaters, entry air curtains, and loading-dock equipment repaired to keep back-of-house working.
- Rooftop Unit Inspection & Testing Night and early-morning troubleshooting of intermittent rooftop faults, scheduled around trading hours so crews are off the roof before doors open.
- Temporary Cooling Rental & Setup Spot coolers and rental cooling equipment arranged to keep a store trading while parts are on back order.
- Commercial Heating Repair & Service Gas heat section, heat pump, and unit heater repair when a desert or coastal cold snap takes a site offline.
- Commercial AC Repair & Service Rooftop and split-system cooling repair, on call 24/7, with priority accounts on site within 4 hours once site documentation and roof access are in place (actual arrival varies with location and conditions).
HVAC Maintenance & Inspections
Planned commercial maintenance programs and Standard 180 inspections, built per site to ANSI/ASHRAE/ACCA Standard 180, because roughly 80% of the service calls we receive were preventable.
HVAC Maintenance & Inspections overview- HVAC Maintenance & Tune-Up in San Diego County Measured, trended maintenance that catches the silent capacity loss of coastal sites and the heat stress of the inland valleys.
- HVAC Maintenance & Tune-Up in Riverside County Maintenance run from our Temecula headquarters, timed for inland heat and desert extremes from Corona to the Coachella Valley.
- HVAC Maintenance & Tune-Up in San Bernardino County Maintenance for freight-dust corridors, foothill wind, and High Desert heating, with back-of-house equipment written into the rotation.
- HVAC Maintenance & Tune-Up in Orange County Documented maintenance for managed centers and coastal sites, with marine-layer drain care and records property managers can actually use.
- HVAC Maintenance & Tune-Up in Los Angeles County Programs scoped for four very different climates, from South Bay salt air to Antelope Valley heating loads, with roof access planned in advance.
- HVAC Maintenance & Tune-Up in Ventura County Maintenance scopes split at the Conejo Grade: corrosion-weighted on the Oxnard and Ventura coast, cooling-weighted in Thousand Oaks and Simi Valley.
- HVAC Asset Inspection & Testing A unit-by-unit inspection of every site, with each unit tested, tagged, and logged in an equipment register so replacement becomes a forecast instead of a surprise.
- Coil & Condenser Maintenance & Tune-Up Condenser and evaporator coil cleaning, the highest-leverage task for energy spend and compressor life in this climate.
- Filter & Belt Maintenance & Tune-Up Scheduled air filter and drive belt changes at the right interval for each site's dust load, not a uniform calendar.
- ASHRAE 180 Inspection & Testing Commercial HVAC inspection, measured readings, and documentation to the national standard, so your program is defensible and your records are complete.
- Preventive Maintenance & Tune-Up Scheduled, per-site commercial HVAC service visits built against the equipment you actually have, not a regional template.
HVAC Installation & Replacement
Planned commercial equipment change-outs and retrofits at end of life: rooftop units up to 100 tons, split systems to 60 tons, and cooling towers, to local city and state code.
HVAC Installation & Replacement overview- Evaporative Cooler Installation & Replacement Swamp cooler change-outs for warehouses, docks, and back-of-house spaces in the Inland Empire, Coachella Valley, and Arizona.
- Hydronic Fan Coil Installation & Replacement Two-pipe and four-pipe fan coil unit change-outs in occupied buildings: coils, valves, drain pans, and controls replaced as one job.
- Water-Source Heat Pump Installation & Replacement WSHP change-outs on shared building water loops, scoped around ceiling access, loop conditions, and occupied space.
- Ductless Mini-Split Installation & Replacement Dedicated cooling for IDF closets, server rooms, offices, and spaces the main system was never sized to handle.
- Make-Up Air & Exhaust Installation & Replacement Ventilation and pressure-balance equipment - make-up air units, exhaust fans, air curtains, and unit heaters - that keeps doors closing.
- Split System Installation & Replacement Commercial condensing unit and air handler change-outs up to 60 tons, plus water source heat pumps, hydronic fan coils, and ductless mini splits.
- Rooftop Unit Installation & Replacement Packaged RTU change-outs up to 100 tons - curb adaptation, crane logistics, and code compliance handled as one project.
HVAC Controls & BMS
Building automation installation, integration, and service, so equipment runs to schedule across a portfolio instead of to whoever last touched the thermostat.
HVAC Controls & BMS overview- HVAC Controls Repair & Service Troubleshooting and repair of the thermostats, sensors, unit controllers, and head-end links already in the field, including controls we did not install.
- Building Management System Installation & Replacement Building automation, zone systems, VAV dampers, and head-end integration so equipment runs to schedule instead of to whoever touched the thermostat.
What buyers usually ask first
Commercial HVAC scope questions from multi-site buyers
Can you take on a portfolio mid-contract?
Yes. We routinely pick up sites from another provider. The first step is an inventory walk so we know what is on each roof before we own the outcome — inheriting an undocumented portfolio and promising uptime on day one helps nobody.
Do you self-perform or subcontract?
We self-perform in both California and Arizona — our technicians are our own employees, trained weekly in house, which is why the pre-positioned model works and you see the same faces at the same stores. We do not subcontract service, maintenance, or replacement work to third-party crews.
How do you handle multiple sites failing at once during a heat wave?
Triage is set with you, not for you. We will ask which locations are revenue-critical or have food safety exposure and sequence from there, and we will tell you when temporary cooling is the better path. See HVAC repair and emergency service.
Map your rooftop HVAC equipment against REE coverage
Send a site list with equipment ages if you have them. We will come back with what we can cover, what we would inspect first, and where we would start.
