Acceptance and eligibility

This website is operated by R E E Mechanical, Inc. ("REE Mechanical Inc.," "we," "us"), 42245 Remington Ave B10, Temecula, CA 92590. By using the site you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site. You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract. If you use the site for a business, you confirm you are authorized to accept these terms for it.

Our services and the signed agreement

REE Mechanical Inc. provides commercial HVAC service, maintenance, replacement, and controls work for businesses in Southern California and Arizona. Service work is governed by the proposal, service agreement, or work order signed between your organization and R E E Mechanical, Inc. If anything on this site conflicts with a signed agreement, the signed agreement controls.

Estimates and quotes are non-binding

Descriptions of services, coverage areas, response expectations, equipment, and any planning tools on this site are general information. They are not an offer, a quote, or a commitment to perform work at a particular price or on a particular schedule. Any estimate is non-binding until both parties sign a written agreement. Actual arrival times vary with the site, the hour, and conditions.

AI and automated content

Some content on this site, including text, images, and interactive planning tools, may be created or assisted by artificial intelligence or automated systems. We review that content, but it may be illustrative, simplified, incomplete, or out of date. It is not professional engineering, legal, or financial advice and does not replace an on-site assessment by a licensed technician. Acceptable use

You are responsible for the accuracy of what you submit. Submitting a form does not create a service relationship and does not dispatch emergency service. If a location is down, call 1-800-742-0910. Text-message (SMS) program terms

• Program: REE Mechanical Inc. Service Notifications. If you opt in on our contact form, we send text messages about your service request, such as scheduling, technician updates, and follow-up.
• Consent: optional, and never a condition of requesting or receiving service.
• Frequency: message frequency varies by request.
• Cost: message and data rates may apply.
• Opt out: reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. We will send one message confirming the opt-out. Reply START to rejoin.
• Help: reply HELP, call 1-800-742-0910, or email service@reehvac.net.
• Carriers: mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Privacy: we never sell or share your mobile number or text-message consent with third parties for their marketing. See the text message section of our Privacy Policy.

Third-party services and links

The site uses and links to third-party services, such as Google Maps, Google reCAPTCHA, YouTube, and social media. Their own terms and privacy policies apply. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party sites, content, or availability.

Disclaimer of warranties

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT, TOOLS, AND INFORMATION ON IT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS. Warranties for work we perform appear only in your signed agreement.

Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, R E E MECHANICAL, INC. AND ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THEIR POSSIBILITY. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATED TO USE OF THE SITE IS LIMITED TO ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS. This section does not limit liability that cannot be limited by law, and it does not change the liability terms of a signed service agreement.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless R E E Mechanical, Inc. and its owners, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your misuse of the site, your violation of these terms, or information you submit.

Disputes: notice, arbitration, and class-action waiver

Informal resolution first. Before starting a claim, send written notice describing the dispute to R E E Mechanical, Inc., Attn: Legal, 42245 Remington Ave B10, Temecula, CA 92590, or to service@reehvac.net. We will try in good faith to resolve it within 60 days.

Binding arbitration. If not resolved, any dispute arising from or relating to the site or these terms will be resolved by final, binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its applicable rules, before a single arbitrator, held in Riverside County, California, or by video conference. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court with jurisdiction. Either party may bring an individual claim in small-claims court instead, and either party may seek an injunction in court to stop infringement or misuse of intellectual property.

Class-action waiver. Disputes are resolved only on an individual basis. You and we each waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in a class, collective, or representative action. If this waiver is found unenforceable for a claim, that claim proceeds in court, not in arbitration.

30-day opt-out. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by emailing service@reehvac.net with "Arbitration opt-out," your name, and your company within 30 days after you first use the site. Opting out does not affect the rest of these terms.

Governing law and venue

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, and by the Federal Arbitration Act. Any dispute not subject to arbitration will be brought only in the state or federal courts located in Riverside County, California, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end your access to the site at any time if you violate these terms. Sections that by their nature should survive, including the disclaimer, limitation of liability, indemnification, and dispute terms, survive termination.

Severability, entire agreement, and waiver

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect and the unenforceable part is limited to the minimum extent needed. These terms and our Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us about use of the site; a signed service agreement governs service work. Our failure to enforce a term is not a waiver. You may not assign these terms; we may assign them in connection with a merger or sale of our business.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The current version is the one posted here, with the date at the top, and it applies from the time it is posted. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept it.
