Chief Growth Officer
Aszurae Den Ouden
Chief Growth Officer focused on strategic growth and relationships, leading with humility and keeping people at the center.
As Chief Growth Officer at REE Mechanical, Aszurae focuses on driving strategic growth, building meaningful relationships, and contributing wherever she can to help the company achieve its long-term vision. Her faith is the foundation of her life and guides both her personal and professional approach.
She believes real growth starts with people — leading with humility, showing up for her team, and never losing sight of the individuals behind the organization. Outside of work, her favorite moments are the simple ones with her husband and kids, whether that is cheering from the bleachers at a baseball game or just being together as a family.
